Shipping policy

All items are shipped directly from South Africa.

Within 24 hours of placing your order we start the cites export permit application. This process can take up to 7 working days prior to shipping.  All packages are inspected by Fish and Wildlife before they leave South Africa.  

Orders are sent using Aramex, UPS or the fastest service that will reach you. Your shipment usually take 4-5 business days to get to your country. Once the package arrives there is a customs and Wildlife authority inspection. The time that this inspection takes varies from country to country (USA from state to state).

All items are insured and JustElephant.com takes full responsibility for each shipment. If for any reason there is a "lost" claim then another bracelet is sent out whilst the claim is being settled.

As soon as we get your cites document from Wildlife authorities you are sent a copy and your item/s are shipped. You are sent the tracking number. Please follow your package so that you know exactly where it is.
