Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with the purchase of your elephant hair bracelet from JustElephant.com

However, if you wish to return your items to us, please follow the steps noted below:
• Within 7 days of receipt of your items,
– Send an email to orders@justelephant.com
– State your name and reason for returning the item(s)

• Should you require a replacement item to be issued, we will do so within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.

• The original shipping costs and documentation costs are non-refundable. Depending on the country shipping costs are between $50 and $85 and documentation costs are $25. Should you cancel this order prior to receiving your shipment you will be liable for all costs including return shipping and if the item is not received back then you are liable for the cost of the item/s.
